2.  I can tell you about your system components even if you don't know including manufacturers and whether a specific component might still be under warranty.
3.  I can tell you who installed your system and whether they are still in business.
4.  I can find you an installer or electrician if the original installer is no longer in business or doesn't care to service their customers anymore.
5.  i can call a Program Administrator and get a problem resolved in a more timely manner.
