One of my customers had moved to Virginia but kept control of the SRECs.  She was having problems with her system but she didn't even know who installed her system.  Not only was I able to tell her who installed her system  I was able to find her someone who was willing to fix her system because the original installer declined to service the system.  We did not receive compensation  nor did we expect to .
